Reiki Level 1

Reiki is easy to learn and practice. It is a modality that benefits the practitioner as well as the recipient and can be used as an extremely effective tool for personal growth and healing. We will meet virtually three times in the month of March. 

In Reiki Level I, we learn:

• How Reiki works 
• The history and principles of Reiki
• The Chakra System
• The Meridians

Once the meetings and workbook are complete, you will receive an attunement that we will schedule. 

After this level, you can give yourself and others who are physically present Reiki treatments.
