Find healing for chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD and more through intentional movements that connect the mind-body pathways.
We will have yoga mats on the wooden floor and be led into a body scan demonstration. Together we will practice somatic exercises that you can do at home to release stuck emotions and energy.
