Vendor Guidelines:

• All payments made to Llamada VaL are nonrefundable. 

• Arrive at your designated time. Do not switch with another vendor or arrive with the group you are not assigned to. Do not show up early or late. If you arrive early, you will have to wait until your designated time to set up. 

• Do not begin to break down your station until the designated breakdown time. Keep your station open until the end of the event. 

• Do not deviate from your designated space on the vendor map. Do not switch with another vendor or set up in a space that is not your assigned space. Any requests to change or modify the vendor map will be denied. 

• You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself and your space. If you leave any trash behind or do not clean up your space, you will have to pay a cleaning fee. 

• All vendors are expected to maintain professional and cordial relationships with other vendors and guests. 

• Llamada VaL is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. 

• Llamada VaL is not responsible for any bodily harm or injuries to any vendor and/or vendor associates.

• You may not, under any circumstances, sublet your vendor space. If you reserve space as a vendor, you are expected to show up. If anyone other than the approved vendor shows up to the Market, they will not be allowed to participate, and you will both be banned from any future Markets.

• You are expected to comply with the parking guidelines and park your car in the designated vendor spaces. 

• Guidelines are subject to change at any moment. 

• Failure to follow any of these guidelines may result in Llamada VaL no longer allowing you to be a vendor at Healers Vibe Market.

• By submitting your payment and participating in the Healers Vibe Market, you are agreeing to the guidelines listed above.​
